Rules and Regulation: · These are NON SMOKING rental units. · No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. (If anything is broken or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after the fact. ) · All debris, rubbish and discards are to be placed in unit trash cans or the facility dumpster. · All keys are left on the kitchen table and unit is left locked. · If local law enforcement has to enter the property for any misdemeanor reasons, the tenant will be immediately evicted with no refund. · Pets: Please be respectful of the property and other renters with pets. We recommend using a leash at all times, as the pet is 100% your liability.

Lakeshore consists of two waters-edge cabins set on beautiful Long Pond in Livermore, Maine. Each cabin comes complete with a full bathroom, kitchen, living room along with a fire pit and water-side accessories. Combined, the two cabins can house parties up to 10 people—for a far more affordable price then a motel/hotel. Kitchen: The kitchens at Lakeshore will consist of the following. We do not stock any food or cooking spices of any kind. We recommend visiting the local grocery store upon your arrival at Lakeshore. (directions will be provided) · Refrigerator · Microwave oven · Coffee maker · Toaster · Oven/Stove Bathroom: 1-bath towel per bed, hand soap, tissue and first aid kits.
